Hear from our founder

Why DEI is so important to me personally....

I'm mum to a beautiful 3 year old daughter and much of what inspires and drives me is to role model positive behaviours to her.

I want to leave this world a better, fairer and more positive place than it is now. So that she can grow up to be whatever she wants without fear of judgement and shame.

My dedication to advancing equal opportunities stretches beyond the commitments I've made in my company.

Earlier this year I was proud to be selected as a delegate at the** United Nation's 65th Commission on the Status of Women**, helping to shape the conversation of gender equality.

Of course equality transcends gender.

I believe strongly that we sit at the precipice of great change. We have an opportunity to profoundly transform our lives and the way we work for the better.

Equal opportunities means we can all thrive together where each of us can create the life that we truly want.

We are an equal employer

Equity, diversity and inclusion are central to everything that we do.

We do not tolerate any discrimination, victimisation or harassment on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.

Culture

Our culture is rooted in psychological safety, which for us is a human right. We value people because they are unique.

All team members have undergone psychological safety training and we regularly hold each other and ourselves accountable for our behaviours.

We practice what we preach. Our focus is on creating a team that is supportive, consultative and challenging. We have developed challenger networks where we regularly practice safely challenging each other.

We offer full flexible working options to our associates. Everybody chooses how, where and how long they work for. We are partners in this journey together.

Our people come before profits.

Recruitment

Our recruitment criteria is based on our shared values of humanity, empathy, inclusion, integrity, partnership and striving for continuous improvement.

We don't use CV's to recruit people. Instead we spend time learning about them as people first. We are an equal opportunities employer.

Our work

We walk the talk. We provide psychological safety training to our clients helping them to create more inclusive workplaces where diversity is celebrated and equality is practiced.

Supporting the community

We provide free training and coaching to the Marketing Academy Foundation which helps young marketers from disadvantaged backgrounds gain employment.
